This is yet another page of 'Red Tape' information you require according to the powers that be. Whilst we all accept the need for 'Red Tape' a little less would be welcome.

Whilst it has never happened in 3D Cases Ltd's history, if problems cannot be resolved between ourselves I guess it will go in front of 'twelve good men and true' and the problems will be argued over by people in strange wigs. Until then.....

Policy: It has always been 3D Cases Ltd's policy to treat our customers in exactly the way we like to be treated ourselves. Our toes curl at the sight of small print, but it appears that not only to add to our creditability but to comply with new legislation we are required to offer you our own small print - except ours is in easy to read 'large print'. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected (more probably enhanced).

Data & Privacy: The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be used purely to carry out your instructions and action any payment. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be sold, lent or even given to a third party, not even to my mother.

Content: Whilst we try extremely hard to ensure our webmaster keeps our web pages up to date with prices and content we cannot guarantee it's perfect, mistakess ar passsible and can hippen even with the beast well in the world! If you are in any doubt about our site's content you can always speak to a real human being in our office to check any details shown on this web site.

Supply: We undertake to supply you with the goods described on these web pages or in our brochures by any delivery date you might reasonably request. If you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your requirement on the telephone +44 (0) 1733 269026. Many of our products are nearly always available for immediate despatch, custom built cases by definition are not, and unless we have specifically agreed otherwise, delivery will be as soon as possible, usually with 14 days.

Contact: We will contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered, to be delivered by your date specified. We may also email you (no more than 12 times a year) with our latest offers and new products etc unless requested otherwise. We may even send a card or email you to wish you happy Christmas.

Delivery: Obviously you as the customer recognise that we do rely on postal services and carriers to perform the 'contract'. We monitor the performance of our carriers continuously. Whereas we have so rarely had a complaint about the quality of our goods, there have been a very small number of occasions when due to circumstances entirely beyond our control (road work delays, driver didn't get out of bed or got lost etc.) our goods have not arrived by the requested time. As soon as we have learned of this we have always offered immediate despatch of a replacement parcel - providing the selected goods are available for despatch.

Guarantee: In the light of the forgoing you will appreciate we feel confident that we can unequivocally guarantee your total satisfaction with our product and service. Again you should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected (more probably enhanced).

Refunds: In the event of loss, late delivery or dissatisfaction with the product supplied and a replacement is not acceptable, the goods need to be returned, unless reqested otherwise, for a full refund. If initial payment was by Credit Card, then the refund will be made back to your Credit Card Company. If however payment was by cheque or other method, then the refund will be posted to you by cheque promptly. Our major concern is to maintain our happy relationship with you, our customer.

Payment: Although our customers offer payment at the time of placing their order, it is our policy not to action Credit Cards or cash cheques until the week in which the goods are to be dispatched. 30 day credit accounts, FOB and payment in advance may also be agreed between ourselves prior to accepting an order.

VAT: For goods sold within the EU VAT will be charged at the standard UK rate in force at the time of invoice on all goods and services. Exported goods to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and outside the EU will be free of any VAT charges.

Complaints: Well we don't have a procedure - because as I said earlier it has never got to that situation in 30 years! Clearly we take any complaint very seriously and would expect to contact you by return to try to rectify the situation immediately.

Law and Jurisdiction: Any contract for your purchase from 3D Cases Ltd is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of England, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Final Note: Whilst we will always 'go that extra mile' to ensure our customers satisfaction we must however cover ourselves against unexpected circumstances and add that we may suspend or vary the whole or any part of the service or products offered by 3D Cases Ltd for any reason at any time at our sole discretion.

We suppose, because we have always enjoyed an open and trusting relationship with our existing customers, it grieves us to have to write down what has just been mutually understood between us over so many years. In so doing it has somehow denigrated that good old British sense of fair play......

Our aim is to exceed your expectations. When we do we'd love to hear from you, if we don't please contact us so that we can put things right as soon as possible. Any concern that you may have regarding security, privacy or complaint in connection with making a purchase with us can always be taken up with me personally.
