Our Promise To You

Our Price Match Promise is simple. If you find a cheaper price we will match or beat our UK competitors' prices when you order your case. Our prices are the most competitive around and we regularly check our prices against others web sites to keep it that way. That's why we can confidently promise that if you can find a lower advertised price we will be able to match or beat that price - sometimes our poorly paid and overworked webmaster is just a little slow at updating our web prices, but we like him, probably because he is overworked and is poorly paid!

We cannot show some of our lowest prices on our website as they are below the 'Minimum Advertised Price' (MAP) imposed by some of our suppliers, whilst allowed to sell at lower prices we are not allowed to advertise them to stay within their rules of contract.

Quantity Discounts

We have kept our prices as low as possible on our web site to offer the best value to all customers, however if you require a quantity of a particular product please do not hesitate to contact our sales team. This 'Giveaway Team' as we call them, are known world wide for usually giving in to any price haggling by our customers.

The Small Print

Our price promise is made in good faith and on a like for like basis, but there are three simple restrictions that help protect us both.

Prices

Comparison prices must be standard advertised prices on a web site produced by an authorised supplier of the product shown. Ebay and similar sites are not included in this offer.
This exception protects from the purchase of unauthorised, possibly stolen or counterfeit goods.

Product

Special Offers or Sale products are not included. We only sell the latest product models and often special offer prices are used to move on old, outdated products.
For instance, Peli Cases updated their cases with a more comfortable rubber covered handle at the same price. Sales and special offers were used to sell off old stock without the handle update. If your requirements do not need the latest products then these type of offers can allow you to make excellent savings, but for our Price Promise, all products must be like for like. Delivery

Comparison products must be delivered within the same time frame as we offer.
It has been known for a supplier to offer a better price with a longer delivery period as he had to get stock to cover the order. It then turned out he was unable to source the product and was not able to deliver the goods at all, leaving the customer begging us to allow collection that day as his time frame had been exhausted.
Our price match promise is also issued subject to availability on our part.

Please note this offer does not apply to our custom flight case production as there are no qualitiy comparisons, that I can promise you.
