3D Flight Cases - Delivery Policy
3D Flight Cases Delivery Policy
- more of our not so serious, not so small print.
This is yet another page of 'Red Tape' information you require according to the powers that be. Whilst we all accept the need for 'Red Tape' a little less would be welcome. ![]()
Remember, no matter how much official Red Tape you pile up it does not help us in any way to deliver you orders on time.
Basically you order a case from us and unless you collect it we will deliver it to you wherever you are on the planet in an agreed time - simple.
Well almost......
Please note the following information is subject to change when the '3D Matter Transfer Beam' delivery system is perfected (along with the Red Tape to go with it).
For the benefit of keeping the Red Tape Brigade happy we must define a couple of points for you:-
1. Define the time frame involved.
The so called 'time frame' is dependent on the product.
Standard Cases.
If a standard case which we hold in stock is ordered for delivery to mainland UK it is usually despatched the day following your order by 'next day' service. If you live or you want your delivery outside the UK it can usually be delivered 'next day' at a price most people find unacceptable - but possible. Outside the UK we will usually find the best price for the 'time frame' required by whatever means, land, sea or air.
If the item it is not in stock we will inform you before you order and give you a delivery 'time frame'.
Custom Flight Cases.
By their very nature these are not in stock. We do the designs, allocate production time and then get men in strange 'elf & safety clothing to manufacture the said product. We try to complete this within 14 days, although, as the nice people we are, we will always try to meet any delivery request you make - pointless turning up in Brazil with 300 tonne of sound and lighting equipment to find the drum kit is in the UK waiting for it's case.
Whatever type of case you order we will give you an expected delivery date before you order and do every thing in our power to ensure this is met. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control we will contact you and you will be given the choice of extending the agreed date or cancelling you order.
2. Define the method and carriers we use.
Obviously we do not ask the same motor cycle carrier to delivery a small case to the next village as we do a piano case to Russia. We use a huge variety of carriers depending on which part of the world and the time frame involved. These are chosen on their ability to deliver and to offer a cost effective price, and we normally offer our customers a few options. All of our customer have the opportunity to arrange collection by their own freight forwarding company or state which company they would like their order shipped by.
Our delivery method includes our own vehicles, third party carriers and freight forwarding companies and may travel by land, sea, air.
So there you go, to sum up - you order it and we deliver it
3D Cases ....30 years of working together with our customers. Thank you to all.
