Poly Cases, Polypropylene Cases or sometimes called Polyprop Cases have replaced the older style fibreboard cases with many added advantages.

Custom Polypropylene Cases - produced in square, curved and round shapes 3D Poly Cases are fabricated from high density polypropylene that does not present stress-cracking problems and offers excellent electrical and chemical resistance. Polypropylene is ideal for case production and produces cases that are relatively lightweight yet durable, water resistant and easily wipe clean.

3D Poly Cases are custom built by hand from strong high density and lightweight polypropylene sheet allowing us to offer no minimum order quantity and a large choice of colours including black, grey, green, red, royal blue or navy blue.

Construction is by cutting, folding and overlapping seams which are then fastened with bifurcated split rivets and reinforced with an 8mm welded steel frame for extra rigidity. Steel corners are added along with choice of toggle locks or quick release snap locks and a choice of webbing or strap handles along with castors or 'edge' wheels if required for true portability.

Custom Poly Cases - versatile cases with no minimum quantity Internally our Polycases can be customised with a choice of foam or Plastazote inserts to either protect or display your equipment whilst in transit.

Plain or foam lined dividers to keep every item in its place are also available if required. Finally we can add silk screen printing with your company logo or sales message giving you a truly professional and corporate image.

Polypropylene cases are extremely versatile allowing cases to be produced in square, curved, oval and round shapes, maximising their many uses.
