Peli Cases is the European trading name for the American Pelican Case and their Peli Protector™ range is light weight, watertight, airtight, dust proof, crushproof, chemical resistant, corrosion proof and almost unbreakable to name but a few of it's qualities! Made of 'Ultra High Impact Structural Copolymer' (what ever that is - all we know it's extremely durable and virtually indestructible) the Peli Case is guaranteed for life and over the years Peli have seen their cases used for some pretty crazy ideas... and important ones, too.

Peli Cases - Water, air and dustproof Peli Protector™ Cases have been thrown out of helicopters in Iraq, towed along frigid fjords in Norway, and rolled over by SUVs in Tanzania. With only a few scratches to show on the outside, contents are left unscathed. Minor war wounds for major bragging rights. And that is really what it's all about. Getting your gear from point A to B in the condition it's meant to be in: intact and functional.

Peli Cases - Trolley style case The protection of laptop computers and the valuable information they contain is a growing concern. This is why Peli Cases launched the Hardback™ cases, the ideal solution for safe transport of laptop computers to any destination.

Peli Cases have been tested by several government and private organizations and they have passed the most strict quality tests. They have successfully met many industrial, military and extreme sport requirements with respect to protection against knocks, immersion, humidity, corrosion, stacking and drop resistance. Many also have a NATO Stock Number (NSN) assigned.

Peli Cases are available in up to six colours, black, orange, olive green, silver grey, desert tan and yellow.

Most of Peli Protector Cases are NATO codified and handle several certificates:

STANAG 4280 - DEF STAN 81-41

Peli Cases have passed several extremely challenging tests: Vibration, Low Temperature, Dry Heat, and Impact, with great success. With that, these cases are approved to STANAG 4280 - DEF STAN 81-41 Standards.

Ingress Protection (IP) codes - EN 60 529: 1992
Peli Cases are IP67 certified. It refers to protection against solid particles (first digit) and liquids (second digit). Therefore 6 means dust-tight (6 being the maximum rating) and 7 means protection against immersion (8 being the maximum rating, indefinite immersion).

MIL C-4150-J
This is a US military approval for cases under the following conditions: stacking, drop, immersion and humidity.

ATA (Air Transportation Association) - Specification 300
This certificate is specific for packaging in the Airline Industry. It tests the cases as a reusable container for a minimum of 100 round trips. It tests measure impact and drop resistance.

NATO Stock Number (NSN)
Peli Cases have been used for military applications for many years.

Custom Foam Inserts

Custom foam inserts can be designed and manufactured for any of our cases.

Products of even the most complex shapes can be accurately measured and then programmed into our CAD system which 'nests' or arranges the items in to a 'best fit' plan. Once the drawing is approved by our customer we then feed that data in to a CNC cutting machine which automatically machines the foam inserts with consistent precision.
