Hardigg Mobile Master Containers

Hardigg Mobile Master Cases Sensitive equipment and crucial supplies arrive ready to deploy in Mobile Master 463L pallet-ready cases. Nonslip ribs stack all four sizes firmly together to get the maximum usable space per pallet while no moisture or contaminants get through to the supplies. Chemical resistance makes international delivery a breeze and lightweight materials let you pack more goods per shipment. By sea, air or truck – nothing ships more efficiently than Mobile Master.

The 463L master pallet, or 463L, is a pallet used primarily for air cargo. It is the main air-cargo pallet of the United States Air Force, can be loaded and off-loaded from any U.S. Air Force cargo plane during peacetime or in combat and is capable of being airdropped with a parachute.
Hardigg Mobile Master Cases 463L pallets are 88 inches (2235mm) wide, 108 inches (2743mm) long, and 2¼ inches (57mm) high, however, the usable dimensions of the upper surface are 84 inches (2133mm) wide by 104 inches(2642mm) long. This allows 2 inches (50mm) for the 22 rings surrounding the edge, each rated at 7,500 lb (3,400 kg) to attach straps, nets, or other restraint devices.

Hardigg Mobile Master cases are available in 4 distinct sizes designed to perfectly fit on the Air Force 463L military pallets, 20 and 40 foot sea containers, and on commercial or military aircraft and vehicles. These cases are all rotomolded, lightweight, airtight, watertight and recyclable. The Mobile Master case line works together to form a modular storage system to maximize every inch of usable space. Mobile Master 8

Hardigg Mobile Master 8 Container This case boasts 35.8 cubic feet of transportable protection these cases are designed to stack 2 high for a total of 8 per 463L pallet, hence it's name. It comes equipped with two removable lids so that you hove easy access From the front or rear of the case. One adjustable shelf comes standard with this case and an additional shelf can be added at any time. The Mobile Master 8 is 4way fork-truckab!e for easy loading onto pallets trucks or sea containers. There are moulded-in arrows to help you identify the front from the rear of the container. The Mobile Master 8 is very useful for such items as large quantities of medical equipment, generators, heaters and tools. The interior dimensions are roughly 47.8' x 35.4" x 36.6". Mobile Master cases are available in Black, Olive Drab, Medium Grey and Desert Tan

Mobile Master 24

Hardigg Mobile Master 24 Case The Hardigg Mobile Master 24 is the larger of the midsize Mobile Master cases and is large enough to transport 13.5 cubic feet of supplies.

The Mobile Master 24 very useful for items such as a high quantity of radios, disaster supplies and mid size electronic equipment. 24 cases (hence the name) will perfectly cube out a 463L pallet. The interior dimensions are roughly 48.6" (1234mm) x 24.4" (620mm) x 19.ó" (498mm).

Mobile Master 36

Hardigg Mobile Master 24 Case The Mobile Master 36 case is the perfect size to be easily handled by one or two people with 8.7 cubic feet of usable internal space. This case is very useful for items such as radios, medical supplies and small electronic equipment. 36 cases (hence the name) will perfectly cube out a 463L pallet.

Like all Mobile Master cases it is airtight and waterproof plus this model is fitted with 4 comfort grip handles, large wing catches and is available empty or with foam lining or insert.

The interior dimensions ore roughly 31.4"(797mm) x 24.4" (620mm) x 19.6"(498mm).

Mobile Master 72

Hardigg Mobile Master 72 Case

The Mobile Master 72 case is the smallest of the Mobile Master cases Ideal for quantities of delicate medical equipment, handhelds and other electronic equipment . 72 cases cube out a 463L pallet.

The Mobile Master 72 is fitted with 2 comfort grip handles, large wing catches and is available empty or with foam lining or insert.

The interior dimensions ore roughly 24.25"(616) x 14.25" (362mm) x 20.12"(511mm).

Custom Foam Inserts Custom foam inserts can be designed and manufactured for any of our cases.

Products of even the most complex shapes can be accurately measured and then programmed into our CAD system which 'nests' or arranges the items in to a 'best fit' plan. Once the drawing is approved by our customer we then feed that data in to a CNC cutting machine which automatically machines the foam inserts with consistent precision.
