Moulded Light Fixture Inserts We know that every component has different protection requirements, and with our wide range of foams, each with it's own unique properties we can select the most appropriate types of foams.

Correctly chosen foam lining offers shock absorbing and vibration reduction controlled by the densities and thickness best suited for your application.

3D Cases internally line your flight case to offer the best protection possible, each piece can be cut to shape on our CNC foam cutting facilities.

Machined Foam Insert
Machined Foam Inserts Materials can also include properties such as anti static, conductive, heat resistant, flame retardant and waterproof.

Any internal drawers and compartments can also be foam lined or fitted with machined inserts when required ensuring total protection for your equipment.

We can incorporate work tables and filing cabinets into production cases to the customers designs where required.

We confidently offer a 10 year guarantee on all our flight cases as with over 30 years of designing flight cases we know how frustrating a damaged flight case can be on a tour. We do not build 'Bedroom' flight cases or import 'Look-a-Like' cases from China, our cases are designed to be used on a daily basis on world wide tours. Unlike other companies we not only guarantee all our case hardware fittings but also the case construction against wear and tear - that is, after all why you buy flight cases. Our guarantee does not include abuse by children under the age of four or bad fork lift driving but does include Heathrow baggage handlers!
