CAD/CAM manufactured flight cases 3D Cases 'blank' the case panels with all handle and locks cut-outs etc using CAD/CAM technology to exacting tolerances. The CNC instructions/drawings for each case are also stored to allow copies of the original case to be manufactured any time the customer requires.

We offer a large selection of protective panel finishes to choose from, with the most popular substrate being birch plywood. For extremely lightweight applications we offer an incredibly strong aluminium honeycomb between glass fibre sheets.

CNC Router From an environmental angle, maybe unexpectedly, wood can be the best of materials when harvested from sustainability managed forests and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. It's near perfect: durable, recyclable and requiring minimal energy to produce and made largely of greenhouse gases extracted from the air during its lifetime. We offer birch plywood in 6mm, 9mm and 12mm thickness which can be laminated with a choice of materials.

The choice is yours. 3D Flight Cases can be finished with a huge range of textures, colours and grains, from black leather grain to gold diamond board and glitter if the mood takes you. If we do not have it in stock, we can order, produce or obtain any colour, finish or texture that you require. Please request samples of any finish you are interested in.

Our guarantee does not include abuse by children under the age of four or bad fork lift driving but does include Heathrow baggage handlers!
