Explorer Cases are the most exciting development in the unbreakable waterproof case market for some years and they are the first of their kind to be manufactured in Europe. Explorer Cases offer a range of airtight, dust proof, shockproof and watertight cases in a variety of sizes and therefore offer an extremely cost effective alternative to all the competition in this marketplace while presenting an exceptionally well designed case in a vaste range.

Moulded from a thick corrosion proof material and fitted with stainless treated metal parts, Explorer Cases are indestructible and able to withstand the most extreme conditions and meet the highest levels of case manufacture and comply with military and commercial standards of testing and will protect the most delicate or expensive equipment in the most severe and hazardous environment, featuring exceptional resistance to impact, corrosion, water, dust and atmospheric agents in general.

Protection for severe and hazardous environments Explorer cases are made of a thick plastic resin with a neoprene seal and pressure valve that quickly adjusts internal pressure in case of sudden changes in height or temperature, ergonomic handle and strong pressure locks that can be padlocked are all part of the design. Explorer cases are also interstackable (even if different-size models) have internal fitting for metal supports to set up panels or masks for attachment of tools and equipment.

Explorer Cases resistance to impact, corrosion, water, dust and atmospheric agents The Explorer Cases have been subjected to a series of controlled laboratory tests to prove their suitability for use in the most extreme and hazardous applications and ensure that they meet the exacting standards of: IP67 Dustproof - Waterproof; Defence Standard 81-41 Level J; STANAG 4280 (edition 2); Conformity with the Directive 2002/95/EC - MIL-STD 810F/810G (depending on models) - NATO Stock Number (NSN) available on demand.

Explorer Cases are manufactured entirely in-house at their factory in Crespellano (Italy) and undergo rigorous inspection at every step of their manufacturing. The Explorer case range is continually expanded every year with new and improved models and accessories. Notwithstanding all this and the continual increase in the overall cost of raw materials and production, Explorer Cases makes, as it always has, every effort in terms of keeping its prices low thereby enabling the end-user to enjoy the excellent characteristics of its products.

The Explorer Cases are available in many different sizes with four standard colours and two main standard configurations. Special colours are available on request depending on quantity. It is possible to personalize the interiors into various configurations; the clean internal lines provide the ideal case for custom foam fitting whilst the Explorer pre cubed foam allows the user to tailor the insert to their own individual requirement. In addition the cases are moulded with location points offering the easy insertion of special supports for panel mounting, panel rings, to easily create your customized solution.
