CAD Drawing - 19" 8U Flight Case Rack 3D flight case racks are the most versatile of our range of 19" racks as they can be built exactly to your requirements at no extra charge with no predetermined width, height or depth.
Having designed literally thousands of custom built 19" rack cases over the years we have a good understanding of many our customers usages and constraints, but always rise to new challenges!
Our rack cases have been used for lighting control, audio amplifiers and control, data feeds and servers, video control and telecommunications to name but a few.
Our standard flight case rack range is available from 2 unit upwards and in standard depths of 450mm, 500mm, 550mm, 600mm, 650mm, 700mm, 800mm, 900mm and 1000mm. Styles include single or multi-bay and standard fixing or shock mounted racks. Single, double or triple lids are the most common designs but other possibilities include removable panels and hinged panels.

Rack In Case
19" Sleeve in Case
Rack in Case consists of a foam lined outer flight case with an internal rack sleeve.
The inner 19" can either be constructed from 18mm plywood or from our flight case materials and the sleeve can be either used in the base of the flight case or removed for use.
Popular where equipment is on show to the public as the the inner sleeve always retains a presentable finish. Learn More
Standard Racks
Standard 19" Rack Case
The most popular style of 19" racks for personnel use. Unlike our other series of racks these rackmount flight cases do not offer any shock protection and are usually used where the rack equipment is transported by the owner.
Available in all standard sizes and colours.

We confidently offer a 10 year guarantee on all our flight cases as with over 30 years of designing flight cases we know how frustrating a damaged flight case can be on a tour. We do not build 'Bedroom' flight cases or import 'Look-a-Like' cases from China, our cases are designed to be used on a daily basis on world wide tours. Unlike other companies we not only guarantee all our case hardware fittings but also the case construction against wear and tear - that is, after all why you buy flight cases.
Our guarantee does not include abuse by children under the age of four or bad fork lift driving but does include Heathrow baggage handlers!
